This class is for those who have mastered their holds and grips and want to build on their skills. Advanced Classes:

This class is for those who are at the peak of their pole journey. Structured Courses

Beginners Course:

Our structured beginners course runs for 12 weeks and will take you from complete novice to pole proficient in the vital basics. Unlike the drop in classes, you must attend each week to ensure you build on the skills learnt from previous weeks. Once you have successfully completed this course, you will be able to progress to the intermediate level 1 course.

Intermediate Courses: Level 1

Our structured intermediate level 1 course runs for 12 weeks and builds on the vital basics you will have learnt on our beginners course. You must have passed the beginners course before you sign up for this course. Unlike the drop in classes, you must attend each week to ensure you build on the skills learnt from previous weeks. Once you have successfully completed this course, you will be able to progress to the intermediate level 2 course.

Intermediate Courses: Level 2

Our structured intermediate level 2 course runs for 12 weeks and builds on all the skills you will have learnt on our intermediate level 1 course. You must have passed level 1 before you sign up for this course. Unlike the drop in classes, you must attend each week to ensure you build on the skills learnt from previous weeks. Once you have successfully completed this course, you will be able to progress to the intermediate level 3 course.

Intermediate Courses: Level 3

Our structured intermediate level 3 course runs for 12 weeks and builds on all the skills you will have learnt on our intermediate level 2 course. You must have passed level 2 before you sign up for this course. Unlike the drop in classes, you must attend each week to ensure you build on the skills learnt from previous weeks. Once you have successfully completed this course, you are welcome to join us in our advanced drop in classes. These all thrills, no drills, classes provide the perfect environment to perfect your killer moves and take your pole flow to the highest heights!
